Dried Bitter Leaf
The leaf wildly grows in west Africa and is used for everything from making soaps to cooking. Better leaf soup is one of the most traditional soups in Nigeria. It is native to the Igbos of Eastern Nigeria.
It is believed to have medicinal purposes for almost everything from blood sugar management to skin conditions.
